By using flyrobinson.com you accept these terms. The site is operated by APEX Helicopters Inc., an authorized Robinson Helicopter dealer and service center in Fort Lauderdale, FL and Danbury, CT. The site exists to show you aircraft, parts, and services and to start a conversation; actual purchases and service happen under separate written agreements.
Listings, specs, and prices are informational
Aircraft listings, specifications, availability, and prices can change or contain errors, and aircraft sell. Specifications come from official Robinson Helicopter Company documents; where a page shows a price it carries an as-of date and is not a binding offer. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance; the terms of any sale are set only by a signed purchase agreement. Verify everything material before a purchase decision, and get an independent pre-buy inspection.
No online ordering
The site takes inquiries, not orders. Parts requests are requests for quotation; a submitted configurator build is a specification inquiry, and its prices and weights are estimates from Robinson list data, subject to written quotation. No payment happens on this site, and nothing you submit creates a contract.
