Who we are
APEX Helicopters Inc. is an authorized Robinson Helicopter dealer and service center operating from Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport (1805 NW 51st Place, Hangar #7, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309) and Danbury Municipal Airport (53 Miry Brook Rd, Danbury, CT 06810). What we collect
What you send us: when you submit an inquiry, parts request, AOG request, listing alert signup, or a configurator build, we receive what you type, typically your name, company, phone, email, message, and aircraft details. What we collect automatically: like most websites, we use analytics that record pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location (city level), and how the site is used. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs.
The tools we run
Google Analytics (visit and event measurement), Microsoft Clarity (anonymized session replays and heatmaps that show how pages are used), Vercel (hosting, performance analytics), Cloudflare Turnstile (spam protection on forms), and Resend (delivers our email, such as inquiry confirmations and listing alerts). These providers process data on our behalf to run the site; they are not permitted to use it for their own marketing.
How we use your information
To answer your inquiries, prepare quotes, schedule service, send the listing alerts you signed up for, and improve the site. Every alert email contains an unsubscribe link that works immediately. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers above and as required by law.
Cookies and your choices
Analytics runs on cookies and similar technology. If you are visiting from the EU or UK, analytics stays off until you press Accept on the consent banner, and you can simply not press it. Wherever you are, you can block or clear cookies in your browser and use Google's analytics opt-out. Forms and phone calls work fine with all of it off.
Your rights
Email us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. If you are in the EU or UK, you additionally have the rights the GDPR gives you: access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawing consent, and complaining to your local supervisory authority. Florida and Connecticut residents may have rights under their state privacy laws; the same email reaches the same humans either way.
Retention, children, and changes
We keep information as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, then delete it; transaction records are kept as tax and aviation regulations require. The site is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data. When this policy changes, we update this page and its effective date.
