9 overhaul-exchange components ship against the kit core charge. Send the removed cores back to RHC within 9 months of invoice and the charge is refunded.

If you order an alternate instead of the standard part, it is an exchange component too and its core returns the same way: C018-5R in place of C018-4R.

Kit terms

  • Contains overhauled/exchange components and new parts for the R44 Raven II 2200-hour airframe maintenance and inspection
  • Bladder fuel tanks must be purchased unless previously installed (proof of installation required)
  • All overhaul cores must be returned within nine (9) months from the date of the RHC invoice to receive a refund of the core charge; cores returned after nine months are not refunded
  • Aircraft serial number is needed at the time of order placement
  • Crating included in the list price
  • RHC limited parts warranty: 1 year or 1,000 hours, whichever comes first
